Baptism is the first sacrament of initiation and marks the beginning of a person's life in the Christian community. Through the pouring of water and the invocation of the Holy Trinity, the individual is cleansed of original sin, reborn spiritually, and welcomed into the Church as a child of God.
Congratulations on your gift from God! We are happy that you wish your child to be baptized into the Church.
To register a child for baptism, please contact the Parish Office at least one month before the planned date. Please download and fill out the Registration Package below and email it completed to the Parish Office.
We would like to remind you that during Lent the sacrament of Baptism is not customarily administered in our parish.
The sacrament of Baptism is celebrated:
Baptismal preparation for parents and godparents is mandatory and will be held on the second Saturday of each month at 9:45 AM in the church. This preparation will take up to 45 minutes. Please confirm your attendance in advance by contacting the parish office.
Your presence is required to proceed with the baptism. Thank you for your cooperation and commitment to this important step in your child’s faith journey.
