Church Roof Reno Fund

Dear Parishioners,

After 100 years, the time has come for our generation to take care of this beautiful church, which is the pride of the entire Polish community in Canada. The photos and video below show the current condition of the church's roof, walls, gutters, and other sheet metal finishes. The current project requires not only replacing the church's roof but also making all necessary repairs. Our Building Committee, along with the Finance Committee and invited experts, have estimated the cost of the entire project to be approximately $750,000.

On September 30, 2025, Bishop Douglas Crosby approved this project, giving us the green light to begin work and fundraising. I strongly believe that together we will quickly manage not only to replace the roof and carry out the necessary repairs, but also to raise the necessary funds. We appeal to all families – those who are our parishioners and those who once belonged to this community – to make a "gift of the heart" for this project. When the church was built at the beginning of the last century, there was a great recession, but Polish people were able to care for what was most important – a place of prayer – their own church. I firmly believe that even today, there will be no shortage of those who deeply care about the future of the church and the younger generation. We do not want to become a museum or open-air museum where people admire works of art, but a living community where faith in the one God – Jesus Christ, our Lord and Savior – develops and flourishes.

This is the time to be part of our community and of this project.
